Manhattan Season 2 Trailer!!! @ManhattanWGNA #Manhattan #MadMen #MMCast

If you are still grieving the loss of Mad Men have I got some good news for you. It's a little show called Manhattan, on a little network you don't know much about. Scenerio sound familiar?

I've mentioned Manhattan on WGNA several times on the Mad Men Podcast. I really think this is the show all Mad Men fans should be watching. Not just because it is a period show but because it has that same level of quality. The acting, lighting, custumes, scripts everything are perfection.

The show is about the scientists (and their families) who worked on the Manhattan project during WWII. Most of the action takes place at Los Alamos where they all live and work in 1943. The project was incredibly sensitive so everyone was working in secrecy and even their families don't know what they're doing.

Here is the Manhattan season 2 trailer. They've yet to announce a premiere date sometime this Fall is all they say.

If you missed the first season of Manhattan you can catch it on Hulu

Manhattan will also start reairing season 1 on Sunday July 5th on WGN America.

Mad Men's Last episodes Trailer #MadMen #TV

Mad Men cast enters the 70s

Mad Men returns for it's final episodes April 5th. It's heart breaking to think of it ending but I also can't wait to see how this all wraps up.

At the TV Critics press panel the cast said they were all pretty happy with their characters developement. But of course gave no further detail on what we could expect.

This new trailer has just been released and it looks like they're all at a lovely garden party, with a distinct possibility of a key party breaking out at any time.

The song is Love Hangover which was a big hit for Diana Ross in 1976. Could this mean a big jump forward in time for these last episodes?? Or was it just the perfect song?? Can't wait to find out!

New Trailer for Season 3 Orphan Black @BBCAmerica #CloneClub

Still no date on when the third season of Orphan Black will premiere on BBC America but here is a very little teaser that will premiere tomorrow during Doctor Who's season finale.

I have to say I love the way the TV season never ends now. Great shows coming back in all seasons, why didn't network TV ever think of this? Probably advertising dollars had to do with it.

Any who...Can't wait for the new season of Orphan Black and what looks to be Clone Club Junior!

PEGUINS OF MADAGASCAR Hysterical Trailer

PEGUINS OF MADAGASCAR doesn't come out till November But I had to share this trailer. Trust me, I get a lot of trailer and am asked to share them, but this was is too funny to ignore.

Like most right thinking people I've always thought the Penguins were the best part of the MADAGASCAR franchise, with the lemurs a close second. Here's hoping they can maintain this level of brilliance throughout an entire film.

Enjoy

Downton Abbey PBS January 5th

Downton Abbey returns to PBS for it's 4th season this Sunday, Jan. 5th. If you follow my twitter feed you know PBS was kind enough to send me an advance copy, so I have had the opportunity to see the entire season with the exception of the Christmas special. I can tell you this season is a humdinger! After several seasons some shows get a little tired but Downton has managed to come up with some truly surprising plot twists and I loved it and am dying to get my hands on the Christmas special, which has been promised some time in January. Though it won't air until late February. Sorry.

Will Lady Edith ever be lucky in love??
How will Lady Mary deal with widowhood?
I won't reveal any spoilers but as I mentioned on my podcast, Agents of Zeitgeist, before the holidays if you want to be up on some of the back story to the season you may want to bone up on the Teapot Dome Scandal of the early 1920s.

I've also heard that season 5 is already in the works, so rest assured we'll have plenty more adventures with the whole Downton gang. I still have my fingers crossed that they all have to move to America to live with Shirley Maclaine's character. It would be SO good.

Here's a sneak peak at some of the goings on this season. Spoiler free of course! But you do get a look at some of the new characters introduced this season.

Delivery Man Trailer Premiere

I am happy to be 1 of 533 bloggers premiering the trailer for Delivery Man. This film about a directionless man who finds out, that through a slip up at a sperm bank, he is now the father of 533 children looks incredibly sweet.

It stars Vince Vaughn as the guy who just can't get it right. But decides to try to covertly help his children. I'm guessing like any other scenerio where one becomes a parent, it will change him for the better and ultimately make him grow up and start making some better decisions for himself. Based on the trailer I'd say we'll be laughing a fair bit along the way too.

To be honest I'm not always a fan of Vince's movie, (Swingers, Old School, and that ABC After School Special...) but this trailer really made me laugh and say "aww", and just generally made me want to see it.

I bet you will too

A Good Day To Die Hard Trailer

I know it's out of character for me but I LOVE a Die Hard movie. I blame David Addison brain washing me as a teen. OK I might have a wee thing for Bruce Willis.

It's due to release Valentines Day (that's February 14th) 2013. So you'll probably have some time to work it into your schedule.

Until then enjoy this trailer...

Mad Men Season 5 trailer

Love the new trailers for Mad Men. Just a teeny bit more than a month till our wait is over. Can't believe we made it. Thank god for The Hour and Downton Abbey for easing the pain.
