PBS KIDS Celebrates Dr. Seuss' Birthday

Beginning next week, Monday March 3, PBS KIDS will be celebrating Dr. Seuss' Birthday with an all-new one-hour THE CAT IN THE HAT KNOWS A LOT ABOUT THAT! special.
